Travel from Krakow to Prague
2. Re: Prague to Krakow
IF you take the train from Prague and you also can't stand through the night trains (like me) you can leave at about 6h45 or 8h00 and you'll get to the afternoon between 15h30 and 16h30. Total length associated with the journey is about 8 - 8.5 hours. With 2 or 1 modifications correspondingly. You will also pass Auschwitz on your way. I believe operating takes about as long, due to the fact bus from Prague to Krakow also takes 8hours.
Krakow doesn't have the visible that Prague does (though it has grown somewhat over the last few years because relationship with Pope Jean Paul II) however it is truly an extraordinary go to. If you're able to imagine Prague without so many tourists and without fifteen years really worth of continuous remodelling imaginable the primary square of Poland (which is a lot larger than compared to Prague). There's certainly enough to do to make a 2 time visit beneficial without feeling which you missed from a whole lot, but as stated above, Auschwitz would require daily of the very own.
